-You agree that you are at least 25 years old and will provide photo ID to owner.

-You agree that you are entering a short- term rental agreement. You are not establishing a residence.

-You understand and agree that the entrance to the condo will be under video surveillance/recording and you may not disconnect.

-You understand and agree that there will be no pets or smoking inside the condo, no smoking on the balcony of the condo. Sunrise Beach Condominium has designated smoking areas located at East or West end of pool deck 1 floor down or Easy or West end of P4 level parking.

-You agree that there will be no loud noises late at night or early in the morning

-You understand and agree the condo HOA collects a parking fee for each vehicle.

-Starter linens and paper products are provided.

-If you pay by credit card, the charge will be from PCB Beach Bungalows,LLC.

-You understand and agree to be responsible for any damages to the property caused by your use of the property.

-If you fail to abide by the terms of this agreement, you agree that any litigation shall be filed in Sumner County,Tn courts to recover damages because that is where this contract has been formed.The laws of Tennessee will govern any dispute.

-Upon reading these rules and proceeding with the rental, you are in agreement to the House Rules and agree to our terms.
